SHARICK WADE
Up until 2022, Sharick had a 33-year career in TV & Radio Broadcasting. Over the years he has been involved in filmmaking, acting, theater, and graphic design. He has a life-long passion for American West history, a real love for filmmaking and western cinema, and an obsession with the great outdoors.
In recent years, he has developed a Wild West show featuring historic cowboy poetry from the 1880s to 1940s. He has presented his program at a variety of living history museums and events.
Two years ago, Sharick decided to pursue a career that focuses on American West history. As a result, he became Manager of Museum Operations at the Limon Heritage Museum & Railroad Park in Limon, Colorado. He was in that position for a year and then followed it up for a year as manager of the Superstition Mountain Lost Dutchman Museum in Apache Junction, Arizona. He is now excited to be back at the Limon Heritage Museum in Colorado.
When not at the museum or performing his show, Sharick and his wife enjoy hiking and visiting other museums & historic sites.
